The great thing about turning this on is all the Windows 10 elements were not displaying properly without it. Menu's were missing, scrolling was bad and worse.
The weird thing about this is it appears that Google is using the RDP Client when you set this up and it needs you to downgrade the authentication. And you have to do it in the Registry and Reboot from the above bug report:
Registry Key: \HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\WinStations\RDP-Tcp\SecurityLayer
2 fails, which correspeonds to SSL(TLS). Change this value to 1 (negotiate).
Registry Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Google\Chrome\RemoteAccessHostRequireCurtain
DWORD-32 Value 1 (Google\Chrome\RemoteAccessHostRequireCurtain will probably not exist)
Reboot and now you should see some improvements and the person at the other end does not see your desktop. One thing I noticed so far is the Ctrl-Alt-Delete send in the google menu does not work.
